With ZAPP-AIR, DAKOSY offers handling agents a solution for optimized and transparent handling procedures during export at airports.

The handling agent can receive the pre-shipping data (company AWB) from the forwarding agent via ZAPP-Air before the goods arrive. He adds a storage reference (job number) to the data and provides detailed feedback to the forwarding agent via ZAPP-Air as soon as the goods have arrived. As soon as the truck manifest has been sent by the forwarding agent via ZAPP-Air, the handling agent starts consolidating the goods which are to be transported by truck to the airport.

After completing the consolidation, the handling agent sends the master AWB to the forwarding agent via ZAPP-Air. As soon as the presentation process to ATLAS has been initiated by the forwarding agent, the handling agent receives information on the status of the goods prescribed by customs law as status information (permit for departure, inspection etc.)
