Corporate Structure
DAKOSY AG, with its headquarters in Hamburg, has a capital stock of 1.53 million euro, which is held by the Seaport Industry of Hamburg. DAKOSY AG acquired the Bremen-based company CargoSoft GmbH at the beginning of 2007.

Since the beginning of 2007 CargoSoft GmbH, resident in Bremen, belongs to DAKOSY. The CargoSoft GmbH is a global player in offering software solutions for forwarder (air, sea).
For our customers based in southern Germany DAKOSY offers since 2008 support on site with a "local office south".
Customer development
DAKOSY's customer base has been growing steadily. More than 2,000 companies and institutions are using DAKOSY for their electronic business transactions. These companies include freight forwarders, shipping companies, liner agents, carriers and various authorities (customs, harbour police and so on) and world famous trading houses, branded companies, industrial enterprises.
Corresponding to the positive growth in sales and customers, the number of employees at DAKOSY has also risen accordingly. The DAKOSY group currently has more than 130 employees. External IT specialists are hired to cover peak project periods.
