DAKOSY Representative
The DAKOSY representative is the client-side “coordination point”. He/she is the central contact, i.e. he/she communicates all questions and problems concerning his/her company to the support.
The support in turn informs the DAKOSY representative immediately by phone or email about communication malfunctions and corrections of the latter. The representative is informed about software acquisitions or maintenance works and provided with up-to-date information about the used applications.
