We digitize logistics!
DAKOSY is a software company with more than 2,800 customers in Germany, Europe and throughout the world. Our headquarters are located in Hamburg and we have offices in Bochum, Bremen (with CargoSoft), Frankfurt and Konstanz.
DAKOSY has been serving the market for more than 35 years by offering digital software solutions for international freight forwarding, Customs processing and supply chain management. We operate the Port Community System for the Port of Hamburg (PCS) and the Cargo Community System (FAIR@Link) for the airports Hamburg and Frankfurt.
We provide expert advice and support for all customers. We assist you not only during the decision-making and implementation phase but also through to the operation of our software.
DAKOSY has been an active member of the Ministry of Environment and Energy’s UmweltPartnerschaft Hamburg (Environmental Partnership Hamburg) since April 2020. All members are united by their interest in corporate environmental protection. The company’s internal administration uses mostly electronic processing, having already converted paper processes to digital. DAKOSY also purchases green electricity, has switched their company cars to hybrid and e-vehicles, established e-charging stations, and much more.

Research projects
We want to exploit the potential of digitisation along national and international transport chains for our customers. Therefore DAKOSY participates in the successful implementation of research and development projects - mostly with renowned partners from business and science. This often involves supplementing or replacing physical logistics processes with digital solutions, revolutionising business models or changing structures.
