Compliance
Supplier Code of Conduct:
DAKOSY endeavors to practice ethical business conduct characterized by integrity, social and ecological responsibility, reliability and credibility and expects its suppliers to act according to the same basic principles. To this end, DAKOSY uses a Supplier Code of Conduct that describes these principles and requires suppliers to comply with the principles and requirements of this Code of Conduct and, on their part, to strive to contractually obligate their subcontractors to comply with the standards and regulations set out in this document.

Whistleblower / external reporting office:
DAKOSY has established an external ombudsman's office to receive reports of possible misconduct under criminal or jurisdictional statutes within DAKOSY itself or entities and actors along the associated supply chain. It is available - in addition to the internal Compliance Officer at DAKOSY - to all persons who wish to report a confidential and, if necessary, anonymous indication of potential misconduct under criminal or jurisdictional statutes, in particular on the basis of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz).
