Display of SumA error messages in IMP-Direct

As carrier you already receive error messages from ATLAS via EDI message or email. In addition you can now view error texts in IMP-Direct more comfortable. Moreover, also users at the terminals gain insights into the error messages and can support you with the error remediation.

The list of loading units can be reached by clicking onto the desired vessel in the manifest list. The column "Lösch-Ist ohne Verwahrung" has been added and, separated from this, the content of the error message, if available. Please move the mouse onto the symbols or the text, to see more details:

Information concerning the ETA in the import manifest

As a result of the blockade of the Suez Canal numerous delays and changes of the sailing schedule are to be expected in the near future. We would like to remind you to keep your manifest data up-to-date, especially in case of significant delays. The ETA within the import manifest is a very important criterion for the confirmation of apreliminary ATB number and the temporary storage of the container.

The time of discharge may not deviate more than 7 days from the ETA, in order that the discharge message of a container can be assigned to a specific voyage and thus it's manifest.

If you notice, that a container won't go into temporary storage – e.g. if you received the status 914 -, although you did not receive an error message, please check if the ETA has been specified correctly. After the suitable correction the IMP will try to confirm the ATB number.

Fax number no mandatory field in the manifest anymore

Since lately, the specification of the fax number is not mandatory anymore in the ZAPP declaration. With immediate effect the specification of the fax number becomes optional in IMP. The implementation guideline of the IFTMCS has been accordingly adapted and published in the current version 1.4.5.

Warning list transshipments

From now on you can get information regarding export manifests for which no transshipment could be created. The IMP checks all export data at hand on a daily level and verifies why no transshipment is available yet. Reasons for that might be that no import manifest is at hand yet or a container has been delivered landside, without being delivered to another terminal.
