New: Container movements to the Eurokombi terminal

As of 15.09.2021 you can receive status messages (Gate-In and Gate-Out) concerning container movements at the Eurokombi terminal. If you sent an import operation notification or a status request, you will automatically be informed about a transfer to the Eurokombi terminal. The terminal code is EKOM.

With this it is now also possible to activate the Auto-IMP function only upon delivery at the Eurokombi terminal, e.g. to sent a prepared transit procedure. More information can be received at our webinar on 12.10.2021!!

Erasing of special fields in the manifest recording/editing

The manifest recording now provides a new possibility to erase date and auto completion fields. Please use the cross icon (see below) beside the fields to erase the fields.

… an outdated ETA is often a reason why an ATB no. will not be confirmed?

If the ETA lies more than 7 days in the past at the time of discharge, an ATB no. will not be confirmed anymore. This can be easily corrected in IMP-Direct. There is an action button beside each ETA in the manifest list, with which you can easily change the ETA of a journey:

The same also applies for the ETS and B-/S-numbers. If the ETS lies in the past there will not be a transhipment match if trying to match the import and export manifest. In such case you can also easily change the ETS by using the action button beside the ETS, except it is about a COPRAR LOAD message:
