The newsletter 07/2020 provides information about changes and new functionalities in the Import Message Platform. The software changes for the IMP release 9.8.0 became active with the maintenance work during the night of 05.08.2020. Please note the following information and announcements.

Extension of CSV upload

The CSV upload is extended by the following AUTO-IMP fields:

Customs declarant: The DAKOSY participant code to be used for the AUTO-IMP declaration
Subsequent customs procedure type: The type of the subsequent customs procedure must be entered. Possible valures are: ZB, NCTS and TBN.
Terminal for Auto-IMP: The terminal where the Auto-Imp process shall take place must be entered

The fields were attached to the end of the CSV file, but are not mandatory for the creation of an import operation instruction.

Extension of multiple recording

The function multiple recorcding was extended by the Auto-IMP on header level. As of now it is possible to enter the same customs declaration, same subsequent customs procedure type and the same terminal for Auto-IMP for all import operation instructions. You can activate this function by marking the checkboxes next to the fields on header level.

Cancellation of an import operation instruction now available as role

The cancellation of an import operation instruction is now controllable via a user role. This role can be assigned to a user via the user administration. All users who have been authorized to cancel the import operation instrucion before are still authorized to do so and may assign this role to other users as well, provided they are administrators.
