General information
ATLAS maintenance works on 01.02.2020 We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the maintenance works in ATLAS announced by the ITZBund on 01.02.2020. All procedures will not be available between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. Incoming messages will be kept and automatically processed and forwarded after the completion of the maintenance works. |

Import operation instruction list – goods description in Excel download The Excel download already contains information, which is necessary for your work, but cannot be displayed in the web application due to space reasons. Now we additionally included the goods description from the entry summary declaration data, which likewise is not shown in the web application. |
| New version 1.5.5 of the XML status message We published the new version of the XML status message on our homepage with the following changes: - As of now the status messages Gate-In () and Gate-Out () may contain the mode of transport with which the container has been delivered or picked up. The information will only be available at some terminals at first. We will keep you informed about each practical implementation.
- Status messages with vessel information also contain the voyage number of the carrier.
- Status 923 („Auslieferbar z. Vorführung bei Beh.“ /to be delivered for presentating at the competent legal authority) may contain the information SAMPLING_ORDERED in the field AdditionalInformation in case of messages of the veterinary inspection office. In such case a sample shall be be taken.
The new version will be implemented with the release 9.4.0 on 24.03.2020. Please also note the following corrections, for which no interfaces have been changed. - Status messages now always contain vessel information in case of seaside deliveries. This applies for the status codes: 914, 943, 944, 945, 949, 991 and 992
- So far some vessel information did not contain the carrier and nationality of the vessel. From now on this data will be transmitted, provided the vessel information is included in the status.

Information for carriers and terminals
Information referring to the status message IFTSTA Smaller corrections of the EDIFACT interface IFTSTA will be made in the course of the release 9.4.0 on 24.03.2020. They only affect the TDT segment. - Until now the following and already available elements have not been filled in case of seaside deliveries:
- Voyage number (element 8028)
- Carrier (element C040.3127)
- Nationality of the vessel (element 8453)
- From now on status messages referring to summary declarations continuously include the vessel information (TDT segment) of the incoming vessel in case of seaside deliveries. Messages with the following status codes will be extended: 914, 943, 944, 945, 949, 991 and 992.
- From now on status messages referring to transhipments will always contain the vessel information (TDT segment) of the outgoing vessel. Messages with the following status codes will be extended: 767, 974, 975, 990, 766, 973, 995, 996)
The IFTSTA version 2.3.1 from 27.09.2019 remains valid. |
