The newsletter 05/2019 provides information about changes and new functionalities in the Import Message Platform. The software changes for the patch /IMP version 8.3.1 become active with the maintenance work this morning at 10:00 a.m. The software changes described below do not affect existing interfaces.

Transmission of authorisation number as of 01.05.2019

If you use the automatic change of depository and you are a ZODIAK customer, please note the following advices: with the ATLAS participant information 1836/19 from 01.04.2019, the customs informed about the fact, that the authorisation number has to be entered in a new format as of 01.05.2019, meaning:

• Nationality code (a2)
• EU authorisation type (an..4)
• Reference number of authorisation (an..29)

(e.g. "DETST4600VL000123")

Once you received a new authorisation number in the format described above - according to appendix A, title II, serial number 1/& of UZK-IA - please enter it in IMP-Direct. Therefore the admin user of your house can call up the entry mask via "Administration/Authorisation numbers". The entry mask displays the following fields:

With the newsletter 04/2019 we already provided information concerning the Go Live of the terminal system Navis N4 at the container terminal Tollerort on 21.04.2019.

With the newsletter at hand we would like to provide supplementary information of the HHLA concerning the changeover.
