The newsletter 06/2019 provides information about changes and new functionalities in the Import Message Platform. The software changes for the IMP release 8.4.0 become active with the maintenance work during the night of 07.05.2019. The software changes described below do not affect existing interfaces.

The Excel download of the import operation instruction list now also contains the HS code.

New: Repositioning to KTH terminal

The IMP recently also receives container movements from the KTH terminal (Kombi-Transeuropa Terminal Hamburg), which is in charge of the railroad transshipments for the HHLA container terminal Altenwerder. This means all participants sending an import operation instruction of StatusRequest now also receive the status "Gate-In", if the requested container is being moved to the KTH.

Standardized email layout concerning StatusMessages

In IMP you can generally be notified via email in case of each StatusMessage, sent as email. In addition you can also specify an email address based on the transaction in each import operation instruction message, which will only be informed about the selected process. The layout of these transaction based emails was adjusted according to the standard.

Information for terminals

List of loading units movements - addtion of registration date

The new column "date of registration" has been added in the list loading units movements. This time stamp stands for the date/time on which the movement has been registered in IMP.
