ATLAS maintenance work from 20.09.2019 to 22.09.2019 As announced in the ATLAS “Teilnehmer-Info O 1930 Operation - IV A 3 - 3064/19 “ from 10.09.2019, a long-lasting maintenance work has been scheduled for the ATLAS system starting on the 20.09.2019: Start: Friday, 20.09.2019, 02:00 pm End: Sunday, 22.09.2019, 10:00 am (approx.) All ATLAS customs procedures are not available during this period. Regarding the IMP, the impacts are for the entire period: Summary declaration of temporary storage (ATB-numbers) - No creation of summary declarations
- ATB-numbers will not be confirmed forContainers that are unloaded are not held in safe custody.
- There can be no change of custodian.
- Deposits cannot be settled by subsequent proceedings.
Transshipments - No creation of exit summary declarations (EXS)
- S-numbers will not get a release status
- B-numbers can be created and will also receive a release from ZAPP. Within this procedure, there is no communication with the ATLAS system
Export - No release will be received for export procedures (Z-numbers/ AES)
Please note that it takes usually about two hours between delivery (Gate in or discharge) and release of a B- and S-number. If you would like to ensure loading at the weekend, we recommend that containers are delivered to the terminals by 12:00 noon on Friday, 20.09.2019 at the latest. Furthermore, we share with this newsletter information from the container terminals of HHLA and Eurogate with the kind request for attention. The IMP is available during the maintenance work, but the communication with the ATLAS system is suspended. After completion, parked data will be processed automatically. |
