ATLAS maintenance work on 25.02.2023

Maintenance work in ATLAS has been announced for Saturday, 25.02.2023 between 9:00 until probably 24:00. Please note that all procedures will be affected and it will not be possible to sent any declarations to ATLAS during this period  and you will not receive any responses. Data received during this period will be parked and automatically processed after the maintenance work is completed.

Changing the ETD does not lead to cancellation of the B- or S-number

Changing the date of departure in the export data does no longer causes an existing B- or S-number being immediately cancelled. Since the IMP carries out a deadline check only once a day, it is sufficient if it is recognised in this check that, for example, a B-number must be replaced by an S-number. The known deadlines from 14 or 90 days are observed in any case.

Auto-IMP

• Change: Customs warehouse and inward processing included as subsequent procedure.

Summary declaration

• Correction: After change of custody by customs with existing blocking, blocking status is sent again; does not affect HHLA terminals.

Import operation instruction

• Change: Single retrieval (one message per file) for response message stored in participant  master data of IMP.

IMP-Direct

• Change: Container-Sizetype in Manifest record changed from drop-down list entry in text field.
• Fixed: completed entrys in the watch list cannot be deleted.
• New: record of container movements extended by fields for transshipment statistic.
• Change: mandatory fields in record of container movements for requirements for transshipment statistic revised.
• Change: Labels „GVDE“ renamed in „GGED“.
• New: VEA-Status 920 (food of non-animal origin) prepared.
• New: CSV-Upload: import operation instructions can now be marked as update.
• New: CSV-Upload: Port of discharge is determined by the terminal code, e.g. to recognize transmission to BIT.
• New: Customs warehouse and inward processing for Auto-IMP included as subsequent procedure.
• Change: internal indicator for creation removed from IMP-Direct.
• New: Feeder detour: current custodian displayed in the list.
• Change: In the export manifest, the custodian is not pre-screened as an address.
