Overview of changes in release 11.7.0 (Alcatrez)

Import Operation Instrucktion (IOI)

• Change: Assignment of BL reference from manifest and IOI optimised
• Improvement: Custody place code must match value from master data when entered manually to prevent incorrect entries as early as possible (to distinguish "1" and "01").
• New: Integration of code list for container depots of the BIC
• New: Check of the proposed empty return depot, if specified when requesting for a release order. Error 410 if either UnLocode or facility code are invalid.
• New: Rest API for BIC has been integrated in order to be able to check proposed return depot against the current facility codes.

Automatic change of custodian

• Improvement: In case of feeder shunting, the change of custodian is only triggered 15 minutes after the start of the custody. Adaptation to the change of custodian according to the implementation in the Import Operation Instruction

Summary declaration / custody

• Fixed: If a CUSSTP is transmitted to an ATB after another participant has taken over the custody, a status message is no longer generated in the IMP. This concerns messages to the presenting party (i. e. DAKOSY) in which the terminal is not an attribute.

IMP StatusRequest

• Improvement: Assignment of StatusRequest to Manifest optimised, time limit has been added.

IMP-Direct

• Improvement: CSV upload (Import Operation Instruction): Column „Terminalcode“ may also contain port of discharge as plain text or UN location code to be able to send requests to BIT. Contract with dbh required for use.
• New: Import Operation Instruction: Proposal list for the entry of the desired empty return depot implemented. The BIC facility codes are used.
• Improvement: Import Operation Instruction: Validation of the field "Customer reference" has been adapted to the EDI processing. Only dot ("."), underscore ("_" ) and minus ("-") are accepted as special characters.
• Improvement: List of Import Operation Instructions: Tooltip for terminal code shows long name.
• Change: Edit function of equipment movements: Weight must be less than 50,000 per loading unit.
• Correction: List of equipment movements: Data from loading and discharge message were not displayed if only IMO number was given and call sign was missing.
• Improvement: Editing manifest data: In order to prevent unrealistic date entries before sending, various date fields are now being checked if they differ from the current date by more than +/- 100 days. Corresponding checks are already implemented in the EDI processing.
• Fixed: Export transshipment list: Transactions with completed ATB were displayed twice.
• Correction: Changes to the column display of the watch list (terminal) could not be saved in some cases
