Check of ICS2-MRN during the transmission of import manifests

The IMP can synchronise information from the import manifest with data from ICS2 for carriers who submit their ICS2 declarations to STI via DAKOSY. The fields that currently lead to the cancellation of a SumA in the event of deviation are checked here (transport document number, document type and cancellation status). The check is carried out during the entry of an import manifest. The following error codes may occur:

437: The transport document number differs from the ICS2 declaration.

438: The transport documt type differs from the ICS2 declaration.

439: The MRN was cancelled in ICS2.

We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not publish security-relevant  measurements in the releasenotes as long as they do not affect the operation of IMP-Direct.

• Manifest entry: Description for transport document type corrected
• Manifest entry: Make position number editable also for N355; just for corrections
• ATLAS 10.1: Online function created for determining a SumA-MRN for an ATB and vice versa

Changes in release 12.5.0 ISS

• Transshipment: Import and export data are also assigned for a maximum of 72 hours in the case of movements by rail
• BIT: Cof ship data corrected
• Import Operation instruction: Preliminary document N355 was not always shown
• SumA warning list: Containers are shown if full/empty indicators in the discharge planning and import manifest differ.

IMP-Direct:

• WKS: Data comparison import-export with minor corrections
• Import manifests: Excel download extended to include previous document type, transport document type
• Manifest entry: MRN check for ICS2 extended
• Manifest entry: Fax number in export now optional
