Free webinar: ICS2 – Changes in BIP and IMP

Together with dbh Logistics IT AG, we invite you to a webinar via Zoom on 21 March 2024 between 11:00 - 11:45 a.m.

ICS2 with phase 3 will be introduced in sea freight on 3 June 2024 . This will also lead to changes in the summary declaration and thus in the interfaces BIP and IMP.

In the the online event, DAKOSY and dbh explain what has to be considered when transmitting manifest data in the future. We will explicitly focus on the effects on the summary declaration, not on the procedures in ICS2 itself.

Implementation manual IFTMCS, version 1.9.6 with adaptations for ICS2

Changes have been made in the revised version 1.9.6 in order to be able to reference entry summary declarations from ICS2. The main changes summarised:

• New preliminary document N355 at item level
• New segment for transport document (Bill of Lading or House)
• EORI and branch number of the transporter at item level
