Connection of IMP to German Ports
If required, the IMP can receive messages concerning the pickup right from German Ports and return them as IMP Status message to the Import Operation Message or the IMP Status Request. Following status codes can be assigned. The status of the pickup right as used in German Ports is shown in brackets:
- 850 Pickup right active (ACTIVE, REVOKED, RETURNED, PASSED or USED)
- 851 Pickup right cancelled (CANCELLED)
- 856 Pickup right finished (FINISHED)
- 857 Pickup right expired (EXPIRED)
The XML Status message has been extended by the element SecureReleaseOrderData, including the following data:
- ClaimID: Unique identifier of pickup right
- PreviousOwner: Previous owner of pickup right
- CurrentOwner: Current owner of pickup right.
- CustomerReferenceID: Reference agreed between the participants. In case of First Release Party the Ocean B/L is transmitted here.
- TerminalID: Terminal at which the release takes place
- ExpirationTimestamp: Timestamp up to which a pickup right is valid
- ClaimStatus: Status of pick-up right
- GPSRODeepLink: Link to web application German Ports
Each depending on the current status the optional elements in the Status message may be omitted.
The IMP can only receive and transmit messages for a participant, if this is commissioned separately. Please also note that the pickup right cannot be passed on or recalled via the IMP. The pickup right can be administered by opening a so-called deeplink to the German Ports web application to carry out actions concerning the pickup right.
