• MRN for summary declaration in IMP-Direct

All lists and UI elements that contain an ATB number are extended to include the MRN from the summary declaration. Both references will be displayed at the same time. If you would like to hide one of them, you can change this via the table configuration, as shown in the following example of the list of manifests. To do this, click on the red-marked symbol in the header of the first column and then save the table configuration (also marked in red).

Like the status messages, IMP-Direct will only remove the ATB number from the displays as soon as it will no longer be transmitted from ATLAS.

Status 901 in case of missing manifest match with additional note

Sometimes, import operation instructions cannot be assigned to a manifest due to a typo. Status 901 then contains the additional text “BL no differs” as an indication that manifest data for the container is available but could not be assigned. Please check the spelling of the BL number and then send a new IOI message.

• New: List of pick-up rights from German ports

IMP-Direct offers a list of status messages which result from pickup rights sent by German ports. Please not, that a fee-based registration for the IMP is required in order to receive notifications from German Ports.

In IMP-Direct,please select “Import Operation Instructions / GPSRO Notifications” (GPSRO = German Ports Secure Release Order) to access the list of pickup rights from German ports:

The pick-up rights are displayed regardless of whether an import operation instruction (IOI) exists. If an IOI has been entered in the IMP, you will see the corresponding IMP reference in the list.

If you want to perform actions with the pick-up right, you can use the deep link to switch to the German Ports web application, e. g. to transfer the collection right.

After activation, your administrator must assign the role in user management. Only then the menu item will be visible:

• IMP-StatusRequest 2.0.0 now with SumA-MRN 

The IMP-StatusRequest with the types “Declarant” and “Combined” is available for the role of customs declarant. Until now, the container and ATB number had to be specified as mandatory information. From now on, you can also use the combination of container and SumA-MRN as an alternative

We are pleased to be able to make this function available in IMP-Direct earlier than planned.

The structure of the XML message has not changed; the  „MRN” element was already included. However, as this MRN can now also represent the reference of a summary declaration, the version has been upgraded to 2.0.0.
