Information about the migration to ATLAS release 10.1

With the introduction of ATLAS release 10.1, ATLAS will generate a MRN as reference for the summary declaration. At the same time, and until further notice, also an ATB number will be assigned. In the long-term the ATB number will be omitted, an exact date has not yet been announced. So you can continue as usual and refer to the ATB number in your follow-up procedures.

The IMP is using this procedure and will carry out the migration in smaller steps. Shortly the updated implementation manuals for the status message will be published, by means of which you can transfer both the MRN as well as the ATB number. More detailed information can be received in the next newsletter. The new interfaces will go into operation during the first quarter of 2025.

The maintenance work described below will not affect the interfaces and processes in IMP. However, please note the maintenance windows and thus interrupted conncections in the customs communication.

Maintenance work in the IMP customs application

Maintenance work in the customs application is required to convert the internal processing of the terminals to the new ATLAS release. Please note that the IMP will only partially be available during the following time slots:

Maintenance window I

Time slot:       Saturday, 12.10.2024, 09:30 p.m. until sunday,  13.10.2024, approximately 12:00 a.m.:

Terminals:       Eurogate, Unikai, Rhenus Midgard, Wallmann

Procedure:       Summary declaration

Furthermore, during this period you generally cannot trigger automatic changes of depositories.

Maintenance window II

Time slot:       Saturday, 19.10.2024, 09:00 p.m. until sunday, 20.10.2024, approximately 12:00 a.m.:

Terminals:       HHLA Terminals CTA, CTB and CTT

Procedure:       Summary declaration

                      ZAPP: Declaration of Z-numbers. Originally B- and S-numbers were listed

                      here. They are not affected!

You can use the applications IMP and IMP-Direct during this period, only the communication with the customs system ATLAS is being interrupted at the terminals mentioned. Incoming messages will be parked and automatically processed after the maintenance work has been completed.
