At its meeting on May 9, 2019, the Supervisory Board of DAKOSY Datenkommunikationssystem AG unanimously appointed Jens Hansen as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Hansen is a member of the Executive Board of Hamburger Hafen- und Logistik AG (HHLA), responsible for operations, technology and information systems, and has been a member of the DAKOSY Supervisory Board since 2017.

The 50-year-old is successor to Dr. Johann Killinger, who has stepped down from his chairmanship of the DAKOSY Supervisory Board after 25 years and will remain a full member of the board.

"I would like to thank Dr. Killinger for his many years of service. During his time as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, DAKOSY was able to steadily expand its position as an innovative IT service provider for logistics and is now active far beyond the borders of the Port of Hamburg," Hansen sums up the term of office and the commitment of his predecessor. "I look forward to using my experience to help guide DAKOSY’s future development. We want to promote the many opportunities for digitization in the logistics industry by providing comprehensive services and intelligent digital platforms."
