What are the functionalities of the sea freight module ?
In addition to the standard functions such as master data management, creation of statistics and ToDo manager, the sea freight module also includes the following functions:

Communication of sea freight relevant declarations (port communication Import / Export Hamburg, Bremen ports, Wilhelmshaven, Rotterdam, Antwerpen und others)

You can use our customs solution ZODIAK GE fully integrated and on the same interface as DAKOSY GE. Thus, all customs procedures in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as a multitude of additional functionalities can be used without any problems.
The intermodal software UNIKAT GE can be used as a integrated module in our forwarding solution DAKOSY GE. UNIKAT GE enables forwarders, rail- and container operators to electronically order container rail transports to their service providers or to handle these transports themselves in the seaports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven and Rotterdam.
In addition to standard functions such as master data management, statistics and ToDo management, the order module offers processing of orders for all modes of transport.
The quotes module offers the creation and tracking of offers from transporters and customers with the option to use pre-defined tariffs (in combination with the invoicing module).
Which interfaces are available for connecting external IT systems?
External customer systems can be connected to the DAKOSY GE modules sea freight, air freight and customs clearance via bilateral XML interfaces.
Further interfaces, for example to our Drag&Map solution which can easily integrate Excel data, complete the portfolio. Individual interfaces including conversion services are also available.
