With the support of the web and interface-based digital platform ZAPP-Air, you can quickly and effectively manage your customs export processes for all German airports. ZAPP-Air also harmonizes the logistics interfaces between the participating sectors, in particular between loaders, forwarders, truckers and handling agents.
Whatever type of delivery, the ATLAS processes "pre-declaration",“presentation to Customs”, “diversion” and “exit confirmation” are handled automatically by ZAPP-Air, keeping all partners up to date.
The presentation to ATLAS can be initiated by telephone or via the ZAPP-Air mobile app as soon as the goods have reached the customs exit area of the airport. The use of ZAPP-Air mobile requires an Internet-enabled mobile phone or smartphone.
