How can I communicate export bookings worldwide?

The booking requests are sent to the addressed carrier/broker via DAKOSY directly or alternatively via INTTRA's booking portal. The booking confirmation and further status information (e.g. depot information) is also returned to the carrier electronically. Bookings can be made with all carriers worldwide via this solution.

Forwarders and shippers who use the eBookinginterface for their bookings can significantly simplify their processes.

With the GEGIS platform, the Port Community System offers a platform specially commissioned by the City of Hamburg for the safety and monitoring of dangerous goods transports into, within and out of the port area.

The INFr8 dangerous goods platform also enables forwarders and shippers to automatically create the dangerous goods accompanying documents for maritime transport (IMO).

With the help of the Port order you have the option to transmit the data for your export cargo in a uniform format to terminals, packing companies, carriers and customs. The Port order can be used for placing orders with terminals and packing companies as well as for fulfilling customs requirements.

What is the background of the slot booking?

Slot booking is a booking system for delivery and pick-up time slots that is currently mandatory at the HHLA and Eurogate terminals, several empty container depots, the veterinary office and the customs container inspection facility. Currently, more than 400 carriers are already connected.

How can I submit Shipping Instructions for my booking?

The communication of Shipping Instructions (SI), also known as Bill of Lading (B/L) or B/L data exchange, can be integrated into your own IT systems via interface or carried out via our DAKOSY GE freight forwarding software.

Regardless of whether you choose the interface or the software solution, the data path always runs through the DAKOSY data centers, where a plausibility check is performed before the carrier can retrieve the data addressed to it.

Is my transport going as scheduled?

The actual position data is automatically compared with the individual stages of the transport plan. You are immediately informed of any relevant deviations from the transport plan. Delays in the transport are thus made transparent at an early stage so that you can intervene in the process.

How can I order a carrier for pre-carriage transport?

You can transmit transport orders for on-carriage from the seaport to rail, truck or barge and receive updates on status information for your shipment.

How can the VGM be communicated?

Via the VGM Portal, forwarders and shippers can communicate the verified gross container weight information to carriers in accordance with SOLAS guidelines.

Customers can choose between the EDI platform and the web application. The solution is also available as a "white label" and can thus be offered as a service in the company's own design on its own website.
