My workday begins with a freshly brewed coffee with nice frothy hot milk.
Ramona’s original plan had been to take a long journey through Southeast Asia after she graduated from the Business Psychology program in October 2021. The Corona pandemic turned those plans upside down, so she began her professional career at DAKOSY in the human resources department. With a degree in Business Psychology, she is well qualified. Additionally, she had already worked during her studies at an international agency in the personnel department for several years. Thus she was able to quickly take on many administrative tasks at DAKOSY and has become a reliable contact person for her colleagues to turn to in personnel matters.
She particularly enjoys her new role as training manager. Through various group activities, such as a day trip to DAKOSY's subsidiary CargoSoft in Bremen, she aims to promote networking and a feeling of togetherness among the eight current trainees. Together with her team leader Bente Cichon, she also recently identified two new business apprenticeships in the accounting and support departments, for which we are still accepting applications for August 2024.
She likes that she can continue to grow and develop at DAKOSY. She is currently enrolled in a two-week continuing education course at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, which she needs to complete for the training aptitude test. In her free time, she plays handball, and has been playing on a club team for 17 years. Travel also has an important place in her yearly planning. In December, she was in Amsterdam, in January she went skiing in France, and she is currently preparing for a trip to Vietnam.
