With Jasmin Goldammer, our Second Level Support has gained a young and dynamic colleague. After graduating from high school in 2010, Jasmin trained as a forwarding agent at Bruhn Spedition in Lübeck and then consolidated her logistics know-how in the maritime cargo departments at Agility and Continental Link in Hamburg until she moved to DAKOSY in December 2019. Even during her trial days, when she had a chance to try out her future position before accepting the job, she felt warmly welcomed by her colleagues. The transitional period was also very positive thanks to the friendly teammates and members of the training team, who often accompanied her on training courses.
She now finds the topic of customs super exciting and has also familiarized herself with the customs software ZODIAK GE.
For customers, she is therefore a very competent contact person in ticket processing and in the installation process. She particularly likes that her tasks are so varied and that her colleagues are so helpful and appreciative.
She has been working from home since the start of the Corona pandemic. Luckily, she meets her colleagues in the department twice a week virtually in the department meeting, where everyone turns on their cameras so they can exchange information about current topics in a direct and much more personal way.
