“My professional future begins here at DAKOSY…”
Thilo Buchheister recently turned 24 and has been with DAKOSY for over five years. In the summer of 2015, he started with us through the dual work-study program, specializing in business informatics in the PCS department. After three and a half years at the Nordakademie Elmshorn, he completed his bachelor's degree and since then has been supporting the FAIR@Link team with plenty of enthusiasm as a Java application developer. He never gets bored because the air freight platform is continuously undergoing new developments that have to be implemented within a short time frame.
He really enjoys programming the front and back ends of the FAIR@Link web application and working on the team, so he plans to develop his skills further and is already returning to school. For the last year he has been studying evenings and weekends for his master's degree at the Nordakademie for IT Management and Business Informatics. For us, it is an obvious step to support Thilo's commitment to his professional future financially and with additional time off.
The extra days off are especially valuable to him. Even if he has to give up some of his vacation days for the sake of advancing his studies, he still dreams of a summer vacation on the Atlantic coast.
