allivate launches Dashboard
Trendsetter Frankfurt: “Heartbeat” for air cargo

The first new service launched by allivate, the joint venture between DAKOSY and Fraport which was established at the beginning of 2024, is the Cargo Import Dashboard at Frankfurt Airport.
The dashboard visualizes the cargo processes at Frankfurt Airport like a heartbeat. For the first time, this provides a comprehensive, real-time overview of freight volumes and import processes.
Open to FAIR@Link users
Allivate is making the new tool available to users of the FAIR@Link cargo community system free of charge. Martina Schikorr, Managing Director of allivate, gives examples of what the dashboard displays: “You can monitor the distribution of incoming cargo volumes landing throughout the day, the current processing times, the capacity utilization of the infrastructure as well as the overall performance.” The advantages are obvious as far as Ms. Schikorr is concerned: “Thanks to the cross-company transparency at CargoCity Süd, we can identify any bottlenecks and plan resources better. Seen from the outside, the dashboard provides the customer with a stable and reliable overview of performance.”
Strong partners: the cargo community
The basis for the development of the dashboard was the willingness of companies at the site to cooperate and make their data transparently available. This underlines the close and trust-based cooperation within the cargo community, which was instrumental in the development. The effort has paid off. The decision-makers in the cargo community agree that the dashboard provides valuable insights into the current process quality and efficiency at the site.
